Clouds Newsletter

Clouds are part of our atmosphere. The warmth from the sun heats the earth’s water. This heated water becomes water vapor that goes up into the atmosphere. It climbs very high because it is lighter than the other gases. When it reaches the colder upper atmosphere the vapor turns into water drops or ice crystal. Water or ice in the cold upper atmosphere turns into clouds.
